Eligibility Requirements:
• College-bound African American high school senior in Southwest Georgia or the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Clearly demonstrate a need for financial assistance.
• Provide an accurate picture of your academic and extra-curricular achievements.
• Include complete information on the college of your choice.
• Submit a complete GJEF 2010 Application by the deadline indicated.
- Three scholarship recipients attending a GJEF awards luncheon in Albany, Georgia.
Past GJEF scholarships awarded average $2,000 (and range from $500 to $5,000), based on financial need.
The current scholarship round ended as of April 1, 2010.
