Albany, Georgia ~On Saturday, September 23, 2017 six (6) Gaines-Jones Scholars and one mom joined board member, Flora Devine and Executive Director Anita Jones Roehrick for a 2-hour Huddle to "Focus on the Future". Part Meet & Greet, part think-tank, the gathering was charged with ideas for moving forward: for each individual and for the foundation as a whole.This kicks off a new series to be held annually in southwest Georgia and the San Francisco Bay Area, the two targeted demographic areas for Gaines-Jones giving.
